Yacht Management Athens

One Partner, on the Ground in Greece - All Year.

Owning a yacht in Greece is a pleasure when it is well managed and a burden when it is not. Vlamis Yachts has spent over thirty years caring for privately owned yachts and small fleets across Alimos, the Cyclades and the Ionian - managing technical work, crew, charter income and the paperwork that keeps it all legal.

We work on a single, transparent management fee with itemised reporting and zero markup on third-party suppliers. You will know exactly where your yacht is, what has been done to her, and what she has earned - every month, in plain English.

The Owner's Argument

A Yacht That Earns Its Berth.

A professionally managed yacht does three things a privately run yacht rarely does: she holds her value, she generates income, and she is ready to sail the day you arrive in Greece.

For most international owners, our charter management programme covers a meaningful share of annual running costs - and in many cases, more. We are happy to model the numbers for your specific yacht before you commit to anything.

  • Predictable running costs - fixed monthly fee, no surprise invoices
  • Charter income from a tested international booking pipeline
  • Higher residual value through documented maintenance history
  • Zero markup on suppliers, fuel, parts and labour
  • One English-speaking point of contact for every question
  • Yachts up to 24 metres managed: sailing, motor and superyachts
  • Net owner income guaranteed through our repeater client base and connection to the world's leading charter agencies
  • International fleet: we currently manage vessels from Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom

Yacht Management Greece FAQs

How much does yacht management cost in Greece?

Vlamis charges a single transparent monthly management fee covering all core services. There is zero markup on third-party suppliers, fuel, parts or labour. Charter income generated under our programme is designed to cover all running costs, and in many cases generates a net return for the owner. Contact us and we will model the projected figures for your specific yacht before you commit.

What size yachts do you manage?

Vlamis manages sailing yachts, motor yachts and superyachts up to 24 metres. Our current fleet includes vessels from Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the United Kingdom. We manage both privately owned and commercially registered yachts.

Do I need to be in Greece for my yacht to be managed?

No. The majority of our managed yacht owners live outside Greece and visit their vessel for 2 to 8 weeks per year. Vlamis handles everything in between: maintenance, crew, charter bookings, compliance and reporting. You receive monthly reports in plain English and can track your yacht's status and earnings at any time.

Can Vlamis guarantee charter income for my yacht?

Vlamis is in a position to guarantee Net to Owner Income because of our repeater customer base and our connections with the largest charter agencies in Greece and internationally. We will share projected charter income figures based on comparable vessels in our fleet before you sign any management agreement.
